Silver Co. we want every customer to have the comfort of knowing you are dealing with a company of integrity. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your jewelry, you may exchange it WITHIN 30 DAYS. Because we are a fundraising company, and a portion of your purchase amount has already gone to the organization of your choice, we do not refund money; however, you may exchange your item with the following guidelines: 1. The item(s) you are returning must be in its original condition in order to receive a full value exchange. The jewelry must not show any signs of damage, wear, engraving or alteration. If the return is due to a sizing problem for which you selected a size, we will be happy to exchange it for the same item in the correct size; however, you are responsible for the shipping of the item to us plud $4.95 to cover shipping back to you. The jewelry must be returned in its original packaging, shipped in a box, not an envelope, along with a copy of the original invoice/packing slip. Please include the reason for return, the item number and the correct size your are exchanging for. 2. All returned items must be returned in their original packaging and shipped in a mailing box. Items returned in envelopes will not be accepted. A copy of your original invoice/packing slip, the item number(s) and a reason for the return must be included along with the information of the new item you would like to exchange for. If the item you are exchanging for is of equal value, we will simply exchange the item. If the item you choose is of less value, we will issue you a credit with us towards a future purchase ithin one year from the date of return. If the item you choose is of greater value, you will need to include the balance of the item, plus $4.95 shipping of the return is not due to our error (see #4 below). 4. You will be responsible for shipping charges to us and back to you unless the reason for return was our mistake. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU INSURE YOUR RETURN PACKAGE FOR THE FULL VALUE PAID, AND SHIP TO US WITH DELIVERY CONFIRMATION VIA THE USPS. We are not responsible for return shipments lost or damaged by the USPS, no exceptions. 5. Our fashion watches carry a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover battery or damage resulting from improper use or wear and tear. This warranty is void due to an accident, negligence, unauthorized use or factors not due to defects in workmanship or materials. Due to the nature of the silver market, we reserve the right to change pricing on our products without prior notice.
